These Terms & Conditions govern your use of orionval.com and the services provided by PIXELGROWTH AGENCY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"), operating as Orionval. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide creative and marketing services, including brand and identity, web and UI design, motion and video, paid media, social, and analytics. The scope of each engagement is defined in your selected pack or proposal.

2. Packs & Payment

Creative packs are one-time project fees, payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from pack fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the brief, brand assets, and information needed to deliver the work;
• Ensure content and claims you supply are accurate and lawful;
• Provide feedback within agreed revision rounds.

4. Intellectual Property

Work produced for you becomes yours upon full payment. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable.
