Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by PIXELGROWTH AGENCY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"), operating as Orionval.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we start your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Work in Progress

Once work has begun, fees covering work already delivered are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a pack may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Advertising Spend

Ad spend paid directly to platforms is governed by those platforms and is not refundable by us.

4. How to Request

Email us with your project details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
